The Role -SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across a wide age range with severe and complex learning needs. This includes working with pupils who may be non-verbal, require personal care, and benefit from sensory-based learning approaches. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver a holistic and nurturing educational experience. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
