We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and rewarding school setting. The role involves working closely with children who have a range of additional needs, supporting both their learning and personal development.

You will be providing one–to–one and small group support, assisting with tailored activities, and helping students to develop independence and social skills. The role also requires manual handling, so experience and confidence in this area is essential, and positive engagement/ behaviour training is a requirement for this position.

To be successful, you ll need previous experience in a special needs school, along with patience, empathy and resilience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while developing your own skills in a supportive team.
