SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School - Cambridge - Immediate Start

£90-£100 per day | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

Location: Cambridge

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and welcoming SEN school in Cambridge that supports students aged 5 to 19 with a range of complex needs.

This is a rewarding, full-time role working across various age groups, supporting students with learning difficulties, autism (ASC), communication needs, and social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH). As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping students access learning and reach their full potential.

Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of SEN

Assisting in the development of individual learning plans (EHCPs)

Supporting students with communication, sensory and behavioural needs

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEN team

Who we're looking for:

Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a role supporting young people with additional needs

A calm, patient, and resilient approach

Confidence in working with children and young people aged 5-19

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
