SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP – Greenwich)

* Contract: Full time, long term

* Start: September 2025

* Salary: £90–£110 per day

We’re working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Greenwich who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Additional Resource Provision (ARP).

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in the ARP, you will:

* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties.

* Support learning, communication, social skills, and independence through tailored activities.

* Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and personal care when required.

* Help prepare and organise resources for engaging, accessible lessons.

* Contribute to planning and progress reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

* GCSEs in English & Maths (grade 4–9 or equivalent).

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.

* A patient, resilient, and positive attitude.

* Passion for inclusive education and child development.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing needs.
