SEN Teaching Assistant - West Berkshire

ASAP Start - Full-Time Role

Are you a committed and caring teaching assistant looking to support and inspire students with additional learning needs?

A well-regarded and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in West Berkshire is looking for a talented SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. You'll be working with students aged 5 to 19 with Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). This full-time role is ideal for passionate individuals who want to support children with complex needs in a nurturing environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that promote academic, social, and emotional development. You'll work closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping to implement individualized learning plans and strategies. You'll also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists and psychologists, to ensure the holistic wellbeing and progress of each child.

Salary: £89-£100 per day

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
