Full-time 5 days a week 8:30am - 3:30pm Long-term with permanent potential

We are seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team full-time. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

The Role: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to help them access learning

Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in the classroom

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support

Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children (ideally within SEN support)

A compassionate and patient approach

Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
