Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with special educational needs at a welcoming primary school in Tamworth. This full-time role is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's education and development.

The Role

You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 child who has autism, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and participate in daily school life. The role involves close collaboration with the class teacher and SENCo, using consistent strategies to support emotional regulation, communication, and engagement in learning.
