Salary: Competitive rates 85– 115 per day (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with SEN in their learning and developmentHelping implement individual education plans (IEPs)Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingWorking alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionalsCreating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, etc.)A warm, patient, and resilient personalityStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for helping children thriveEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
