Every classroom, every corridor, and every space has been designed to give students the structure and support they need to thrive – now they just need a committed, reliable team of Learning Support Assistants to help bring that vision to life.
What makes this role different?
You won't be stepping into someone else's shoes – you'll be part of the team setting the tone, routines, and culture of the school. It's a rare opportunity to join a provision at the very beginning, where your input will actually help shape the way things are done.

You want more than just a job – you want to be part of something new, with room to growYou're ready to work in a school that puts students' emotional wellbeing and communication needs at the centreYou believe that the right environment, the right people, and the right attitude can help every learner succeed – no matter their starting pointThis school is looking to build a team of people who are in it for the long run. If you want to be there from the beginning and help shape something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
