Daily pay: £82.14 - £100

About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

Work 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Support learning, emotional development, and classroom participation

Adapt materials and tasks to suit individual needs as an SEN Teaching Assistant

Collaborate with SENCO and class teacher to implement tailored strategies

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar

Skilled at managing challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent way

Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting SEN pupils

Good literacy and communication skills, vital for an SEN Teaching Assistant
