The Role

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Client Services Manager to join our growing team, we are a leading digital media solutions agency. You’ll play a central role in managing and expanding relationships with some of our largest clients across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll guide projects from initial brief through to installation and beyond, working closely with marketing teams, designers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver world-class digital signage and in-store experiences.

What You’ll do

Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and ongoing growth.

Manage end-to-end project cycles, from creative briefing and scheduling through to installation and post-launch support.

Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and standards are upheld.

Present ideas and solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, brand teams, and agencies.

Support strategy development for long-term client growth.

Travel as required to client sites in the UK and to our Belgium office.

What You’ll need

 Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).

 Proven experience in client services, project management, or account direction (ideally 3+ years).

 Strong communicator, able to present to senior audiences with confidence.

 Commercially aware, with good financial and contractual understanding.

 Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

 Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Enthusiastic about technology and digital solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts for clients.

 Flexible, proactive, and happy to travel when needed.
