Assist in the planning and delivery of personalised learning programmes.

Implement strategies to support pupil engagement, learning, and behaviour.

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote confidence and independence.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external agencies.

Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills alongside academic progress.

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience desirable).

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) - desirable but not essential.
