Salary Scale: £82.80 to £100 per day

What You’ll Do as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students

Work closely with teachers to tailor learning strategies

Foster academic, emotional, and social development

Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment

Experience working with SEND (in school, care, or voluntary settings)

Calm, adaptable, and empathetic nature

Genuine desire to support inclusive education

Confidence in working with pupils with special needs

Have the right to work in the UK.

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.

Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
