Description

SEN Teaching Assistant / Support Staff - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

We’re recruiting SEN Support Staff across the West Midlands for a variety of meaningful roles supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. These roles may involve:

*

Supporting children in the classroom alongside the teacher

*

Encouraging positive engagement through sports, creative play or drama

*

Assisting during lunchtimes and transitions

*

Providing 1:1 or small group support based on individual needs

We’re looking for both experienced SEN professionals and individuals with transferable skills who are ready to make a difference. If you’ve worked in sports coaching, drama, childcare, youth work, or any school-based setting — this could be the perfect step into a fulfilling SEN support role.

Experience with SEN is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect, care, and support with confidence and positivity.

What’s on Offer:

*

Roles in primary and secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent

*

Full-time, part-time, and flexible hours available

*

Opportunities to work with a wide range of needs, from autism and ADHD to SEMH and physical disabilities

*

A chance to develop valuable skills and progress in your education career

*

Supportive school environments and a caring agency team behind you

Why Join Revolve Collective?

At Revolve Collective, we go beyond recruitment. When you join us, you benefit from:

*

Guaranteed pay options (terms and conditions apply)

*

A dedicated consultant providing 24/7 personalised support

*

Ongoing training and CPD, including trauma-informed practice and SEN strategies

*

Access to well-being initiatives, including partnerships with Sanctuary Mental Health, well-being days, and care packages

*

Flexible work opportunities (full-time, part-time, flexible)

*

A generous and increasing referral scheme — the more educators you recommend, the greater the reward

*

The chance to be part of an organisation that pledges 10% of profits to initiatives that directly improve the lives of children

*

A say in how we evolve — we welcome your ideas on how we can enhance both our services and your experience as a valued member of our community

Who We’re Looking For:

*

Individuals with a background in SEN, sports, performing arts, childcare, education, or youth work

*

Positive, caring people who can bring energy and empathy to every day

*

Team players who are proactive and flexible

*

Those passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential

If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role that genuinely makes a difference – whether you’re experienced in SEN or just starting your journey – we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today to become an SEN Support Staff member with Revolve Collective and join a team that truly values your contribution
