Known for its supportive ethos and commitment to personalised learning, the school is passionate about ensuring every young person has the tools and confidence to succeed—academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role

Working with students across Key Stages 3–5, you’ll provide targeted support to learners with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum and make consistent progress. Your role will include:

• Supporting students in 1:1 and small group settings.

• Assisting with differentiated learning activities and adapting resources to suit individual needs.

• Encouraging student engagement, independence, and resilience.

• Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to track progress and implement tailored strategies.

Why Join This School?

• Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who value collaboration and wellbeing.

• Professional Development: Access CPD opportunities to strengthen your skills in SEN support.

• Flexibility: Part-time role to help balance your career with other commitments.

• Positive Impact: See the direct results of your work in improved confidence, skills, and engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting young people with additional needs. Whether you have prior TA experience or come from a related background, your dedication and passion will be valued here.
