To succeed as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you should:

Have experience supporting children with special educational needs, including autism, communication difficulties or behavioural needs

Show enthusiasm for developing your practice through training and hands-on experience

Be reliable, flexible and ready to contribute to the life of a busy, supportive school

What we offer
