SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Permanent

Location: Ealing, London

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Are you a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs? Outstanding and inclusive secondary schools in Ealing are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025.

Positions are available on a full-time, permanent basis, with part-time and temporary roles also considered.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Will:

• Have experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, etc.)

• Be confident supporting students 1:1 and in small groups

• Be nurturing, adaptable, and calm under pressure

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCPs and behaviour strategies

• Be proactive and passionate about inclusive education

• Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
