Join Our Exceptional SEN School in Enfield as a SEN Teaching Assistant!

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield

Salary: £90 - £105 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Long-Term

Working Hours: 08:15 AM – 03:45 PM (Monday to Friday)

Our outstanding SEN school in Enfield is seeking enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join their vibrant and inclusive school community.

About the School:

We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Our school caters to a wide range of SEN including ASD, MLD, SEMH, and more, ensuring every pupil receives the care and guidance they need to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities of a SEN TA:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with varying SEN needs

Assist in the creation and delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Promote academic, emotional, and social development

Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals

Help implement positive behaviour support strategies

Monitor and report on student progress and well-being

What We’re Looking From a SEN TA:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for inclusive education

Relevant qualifications or training in SEN is a plus
