SEN Teacher (Primary Specialism) – Wellingborough

Working in partnership with Tradewind Recruitment

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with a primary specialism? Looking to make a genuine impact in a supportive and rewarding environment? Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a range of partner schools in Wellingborough to recruit committed SEN Teachers who are eager to support pupils with additional needs and help them thrive.

This role involves working within specialist and mainstream settings, supporting children with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed both academically and personally.

We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentHave experience working with primary–aged pupils with SENAre confident in adapting lessons to meet diverse needsDemonstrate patience, resilience, and strong communication skillsAre committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environmentIn this role, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet EHCP targetsMonitoring and assessing pupil progressWorking closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionalsCreating a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environmentSupporting pupils' social and emotional developmentIn return, Tradewind Recruitment offers:
