SEN Teaching Assistant – Bradford

Full-Time | Start: September 2025 | Ongoing Role

Daily Rate: £90 – £140 (PAYE)

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a highly supportive and Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in the Bradford area. This is a full-time opportunity to start in September 2025, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.

The Role:

As an SEN TA, you’ll be working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and thrive in a nurturing learning environment. You’ll collaborate with teachers and the wider school team to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive experiences for students.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, or other learning needs.

A compassionate, proactive, and adaptable approach.

A strong understanding of safeguarding and classroom behaviour management.

A team player with excellent communication skills.
