Remedy is exclusively working with a "Outstanding" graded Primary school in the heart of Greenwich to find a SEMH Teaching Assistant. Roles at this school only come up every couple of years, due to the existing team being so well-looked after. This really is an opportunity not to be missed.

This is an September start position, Monday - Friday, school hours (8:30am - 3:30pm). The daily rate for this role is between £90 - £115 per day experience dependant.

Supporting a boy in Year 1 with Autism (ASD), Behaviour Needs (SEMH)

Working 1-2-1 with the boy to best support him, building a nurturing relationship over the remaining academic year

Pupil is great! - but requires additional support with a candidate who is resilient and can use their initiative to best support him

If you are an Aspiring Child Psychologist, this role will add fantastic experience to your CV aiding future applications for MA & MSc's etc

Working Monday-Friday, school hours - long term until at least July 2025 - perfect ahead of further studies

£90 to £115 per day - dependant on experience (Term time only)SEMH Teaching Assistant - Person details:

Kind, caring, compassionate, resilient and able to use initiative

A graduate is ideal, but not essential

Ambitious with future career aspirations within; Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Support Work, Behaviour etc

Some experience with children with additional needs, great if in a school setting, but can also be transferrable skills!
