Enforcement Agent

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £25,000 rising to £28,500 basic on completion of training + uncapped commission

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

As a Enforcement Agent, you will:

Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders

Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans

Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation.

Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services

Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements

Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.What We’re Looking For

A self-motivated, ethical & understanding approach

Ability to work independently and manage casework efficiently
