About the Role

As a Science Graduate Teacher, you will support the delivery of engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, working closely with experienced teachers to help raise attainment across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching, offering the chance to build confidence, develop behaviour management skills, and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high–quality Science lessons

Work with individuals and small groups to boost understanding and progress

Assist with practical activities, demonstrations, and experiments

Support planning, marking, and general classroom duties

Help maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment

Inspire students to develop curiosity and a passion for science

What We're Looking For

A degree in a Science–related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or combined courses)

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

A passion for education and supporting young people

A proactive, positive, and organised approach

Previous school–based experience is helpful but not essential
