School Administrators to join a welcoming and supportive team at a school in Wakefield.

Hours:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Working hours:

8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday About the Role:

This is a temporary position covering a vacancy, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing front office duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors

Supporting staff with administrative tasks

Assisting with school communications What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in administration (school experience desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team Location:
