A busy and welcoming secondary school in Salford is looking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant to join the administrative support team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and keen to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment

Producing and distributing classroom materials, exam papers, and school documents

Managing and prioritising print requests from staff

Monitoring stock levels and ordering printing supplies as needed

Supporting with general administrative tasks when required

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Confident using office equipment and basic IT systems

A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Previous experience in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential
