As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or academic support. You will play a key role in helping to create a safe and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils' emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom

Assisting teachers in delivering lesson content and helping students engage with learning

Working 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to support learning and social development

Observing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress to support interventions

Collaborating with SEN and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategiesThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience that will support your understanding of psychological theory in a real-world educational setting.

Salary: £90 - £95 per day
