Primary Teacher – Daventry, Northamptonshire

Full–time or Part–time November Start MPS (Main Pay Scale)

We're currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Daventry, starting November 2025. Whether you're seeking a part–time role or a full–time position, we'd love to hear from you.

This opportunity is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You'll be joining a well–resourced school with a strong leadership team and a focus on pupil progress and wellbeing.

The Role:

Teach a primary class (year group to be confirmed)

Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership

Foster a positive, respectful learning environment

Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively

We're looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Is confident in planning and delivering high–quality lessons

Has strong classroom management and communication skills

Can work effectively as part of a team

Is passionate about inspiring young learners
