Day-to-day of the role:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one support to enhance learning outcomes.Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.A patient, caring, and professional demeanor.
