Primary School Administrator Required

SparkED recruiment are seeking a passionate and dedicated school administrator to join a primary school in Alcester this September. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, working alongside a welcoming and efficient office team.

You will support daily administrative operations, provide a professional front-of-house experience, and contribute to the smooth running of key school functions.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an administrator, ideally within a school or similar setting

* Confident with administrative tasks and systems

* Able to commit to the working hours of 8:15 am – 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday

* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding students

*

Experience using all Microsoft windows programmes - especially EXCEL , word, PowerPoint.

*

Familiarity with Bromcom would be helpful and EPM systems.
