Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and supportive school community? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry, is seeking a committed HLTA to join the team from September 2025.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding position ideal for someone with a passion for supporting children s learning and well–being. The role will include:

Leading and supervising our Breakfast Club, ensuring a positive and nurturing start to the day for all children attending.

Providing class cover support across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver high–quality learning experiences.

Supporting pupils both individually and in groups, adapting to their needs to help them reach their full potential.

Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of class teachers.

We re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.

Has prior experience working within a primary school setting.

Is confident in managing groups of children and delivering learning activities independently.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

Can build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
