Job Responsibilities

Support classroom learning across subjects as a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.

Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.

Promote inclusion, confidence, and positive behaviour in line with school values.

Contribute to the wider school community as a reliable Teaching Assistant.

Qualifications/Experience

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.

Right to work in the UK.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.

Strong communication skills and a positive, caring attitude essential for a Teaching Assistant.

Ability to adapt and support children's individual learning needs.
