As One-to-One behaviour support, your role will certainly be unique. No behaviour support role is ever the same as the next, and no day is ever dull. It is no secret that while doing this kind of role in a high school, your resilience will be tested. One-to-One Behaviour Support can also use this as a great and unique opportunity to familiarise themselves with the classroom and the schools within the local area, before committing to a particular school.
