Are you a Qualified Early Years Educator with at least 5 years' experience, ready to bring energy, creativity, and care into children's lives every single day?

Area- Birmingham

Day Rate- £12.80-£14.50 per hour

Days- Monday - Friday

Hours- 30-40 hours per week

Aspire People are working with an excellent childcare provider who are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their Good rated by Ofsted Nursery. The successful Nursery Practitioner must be dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and driven in providing young children the best early years education and also the best start in life and care needed, with an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

About the Role:

*Being a positive role model for children and colleagues alike

*Planning and delivering fun, engaging and educational activities

*Ensuring the nursery is safe, secure and spotless

*Creating inviting environments through creative displays and layouts

*Using Nursery In A Box to track and support key children's development

*Building strong, trusting relationships with families

*Supporting the wider team with events and training, sometimes out of hours

*Potential keyholder responsibilities for the right candidate

Requirements Needed:

* Level 3 or above qualifications in childcare or early years

* DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed

* Paediatric First Aid or willing to undergo 2-day training course

* Comfortable with nappies if required

* Able to provide 2 references one being from most recent employer
