Description

Nursery Practitioner – Northampton

Job Title: Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner

Location: Northampton (Just outside Kingsthorpe)

Rate: 115 – 175 per day (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Start Date: ASAP / September 2025

Are you ready to dive into a new adventure where muddy knees, minibeast hunts, and messy painting sessions are part of your everyday? Aspire People are proud to be working with a vibrant and welcoming nursery in the Northampton area, situated just outside Kingsthorpe. This child–centred setting is looking for an enthusiastic, hands–on Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

About the Setting:

This unique, open–plan nursery is built around the principles of child–led learning. With an open–flow approach, children are encouraged to explore freely between rooms and discover the world around them through curiosity and play. Whether it's splashing in water trays, scaling the climbing frame, or getting creative with finger paints, no two days are ever the same.

The nursery prides itself on creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child's interests are nurtured and their confidence is allowed to flourish. They're looking for a practitioner who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and become a valued part of this passionate team from day one.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification

Someone proactive, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running

A team player who loves being outdoors as much as in

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Willingness to undertake further training and CPD

SEND experience is a bonus, but a genuine interest in inclusive practice is just as important

Newly qualified practitioners are encouraged to apply – if you're ready to get your hands dirty and your heart full, this could be your perfect first role.

How to Apply:

Please send your CV or contact Charlotte at Aspire People on (phone number removed)

Join a setting where children lead the way – and where your creativity, passion, and energy will make a real impact every single day.
