About our Nursery

Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Stevenage Great Ashby, a nurturing nursery with a capacity of 112 children. Our longstanding staff is passionate about providing children with the best start in life, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all. Conveniently located in the heart of the Great Ashby new town community, we are just a two-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, linking us to the town centre. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.

Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.

Experience working with children under 5.

Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
