Nursery Manager - Greenford, London

Hours: Full time/ Part time

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Are you an experienced, passionate and motivated Nursery Manager looking for your next role?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity! You will lead daily operations, ensuring outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS, inspire and manage a team of staff, build strong relationships with parents and regulators, and create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports every child’s development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with training and other necessary checks such as valid DBS, first aid, supervision.

* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with children, parents, carers, and staff.

* Ensure high standards of care, teaching, and learning are delivered and maintained across all rooms.

* Monitor policies and procedures in accordance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.

* Monitor and track children’s progress, supporting staff with planning and assessment.

* Promote the nursery within the local community to attract new families and maintain high enrolment levels.

* Stay up to date with current best practices, legislation, and developments in early years education.

(The role will be floor based with some office aspects. Most of the paperwork, emails and finances are managed by the director)
