Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Primary School 8:30am-3:30pm

Location: Cricklewood, Barnet (NW2)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, Term-time only

Start date: 29th September

Interviews: Taking place immediately

Salary: £105 – £120 per day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Cricklewood. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a welcoming and supportive staff team, in a nurturing environment that truly values the importance of early years education.

Requirements:

* Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

* Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

* Previous experience in an early years or primary setting.

* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through engaging and age-appropriate activities.

* Plan, prepare, and assist with learning resources to support children’s progress.

* Promote children’s personal, social, and emotional development.

* Provide individual or small group support to ensure all children can access learning.

* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive behaviour in line with school policies.

* Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress in accordance with EYFS frameworks.

* Ensure the classroom remains a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support every child’s development.
