Music HLTA/Behaviour Mentor - Immediate Start - Bromley -£100-£140 (salary dependent on experience)- Long-term
* Music HLTA/Behaviour Mentor required for a secondary SEMH school
* Based in the London Borough of Bromley
* Supporting KS3-KS4 students through music and mentoring
* Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP
* Ideal for musicians with experience in SEN or SEMH settings

The Role - Music HLTA / Behaviour Mentor
* Supporting students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs
* Delivering engaging music sessions and mentoring pupils with behavioural challenges
* Working closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to promote emotional regulation
* Helping students express themselves through music and build positive relationships
* Providing 1:1 and small group support across the curriculum
* Prior experience in SEMH or SEN settings is desirable but not essential

* Small class sizes and high staff-to-student ratios
* Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted with strong leadership and support systems
* Excellent facilities including a dedicated music room
