PK Education are working in partnership with a secondary school in Rotherham who are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Science Teacher to join their supportive Science department. This position is ideal for an experienced teacher or a passionate ECT looking to develop their career in a school that promotes high standards, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

The Role

Deliver engaging and well–planned Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 Drive strong student progress through enthusiastic teaching and a broad curriculum Use assessment strategies effectively to check understanding and inform lesson planning Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every student can succeed Contribute positively to the wider department and school community where required What the School Offers

A qualified Science Teacher with QTS, or an ECT nearing completion of training Confident teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (all specialisms welcome) Passionate about inspiring young people and delivering engaging lessons Reflective, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development Able to build positive relationships and motivate learners of all abilities Requirements

QTS (or working towards QTS) Strong subject knowledge across Science Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students This is a fantastic opportunity for a Science Teacher who is looking to develop within a supportive secondary school environment in Rotherham.
