The Role

The Head of Maths will:

Provide visionary leadership and management for the Mathematics department. Lead on curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment initiatives across all key stages. Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring consistently high standards. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated Maths teachers, including performance management. We are seeking an outstanding Maths Teacher (QTS/QTLS) who:

Has significant experience in a leadership role within a Maths department, ideally as 2iC or Head of Department. Possesses a proven track record of securing excellent student outcomes in Mathematics.
