Salary: GBP27,425 - GBP40,369 (pro rata)Location: CambridgeshireContract Type: Permanent, Part Time (4 days per week)

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and support learners in achieving their qualifications. This is a permanent role, 4 days per week, offering excellent work-life balance while still providing the stability and development of a long-term post.

Role Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.

Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to ensure learner progress and achievement.

Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.

Provide differentiated teaching and pastoral support to meet learner needs.

Monitor and track student performance, implementing interventions as required.

Essential Requirements A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTLS or equivalent).

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics with experience delivering GCSE/Functional Skills.

Teaching experience within FE or secondary settings.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
