Description
Aspire People are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Manchester. We have both daily supply and long-term opportunities available.
These roles are ideal for Teaching Assistants looking for flexibility or those seeking a pathway into a permanent school role.
The Role May Include:
Whole-class support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
1:1 support for pupils requiring additional help.
Assisting with phonics, guided reading and maths groups.
Supporting pupils with mild SEND needs.
Preparing classroom resources and displays.
Supervising break times where required.
Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Recent experience in a UK primary school within the last 2 years.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
