Description

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lecturer in Fashion to join our Windsor College Sixth Form on a permanent part time basis working on a 0.63 FTE for 23.5 hours per week. The salary for this role ranges from T1 £19,928.79 to T11 £28,564.83 (T1 £31,633 to £45,341 Full-time equivalent), which is dependent on skills and qualifications.

Please note that the expected start date for this role is Wednesday 19th August 2026.

Lecturer in Fashion

We are looking for a Lecturer in Fashion who can inspire students and lead the delivery of our T Level Fashion & Textiles program. You will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and effective learning, supporting students through regular assessment and the preparation of progress reports.

We seek someone with industry-related experience in Fashion or Textiles and a proven track record of motivating learners to achieve high levels of retention and success. You will be passionate about developing a high-performing and supportive culture, keeping abreast of curriculum developments and maintaining professional links with industry to enhance the student experience.
