TeacherActive is currently recruiting experienced Senior Learning Support Assistants for day–to–day supply and long–term contract opportunities across Swindon and Wiltshire from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled learning support while helping to maintain consistent practice across a team. You may coordinate interventions, mentor support staff, contribute to pupil plans and reviews, liaise with teachers and SEND professionals, and provide focused one–to–one or small–group support. You will promote independence, well–being and positive behaviour while keeping accurate records of progress and support.

Our consultants combine real classroom experience with in–depth recruitment expertise, meaning you'll receive practical support and honest guidance throughout your journey.

Opportunities will be available from September 2026 and may range from individual day–to–day bookings to long–term contracts providing greater continuity within one school.
