Reeson Education is recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of primary schools in Enfield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children's learning and development, especially those with special educational needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome learning barriers, providing 1:1 and small group support under the guidance of class teachers. Schools across Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate are looking for confident Learning Support Assistants who can make a positive impact from day one.

Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview:

Daily rate: £82.14 - £100

Full-time, term-time position

Immediate start available

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupil progress

Ideal Candidate for the Learning Support Assistant Role:

Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting SEN pupils

A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach

A passion for helping children build confidence and achieve their potential

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
