Learning Support Assistant SEN Focus Waltham Forest GBP82.14 - GBP100/day September 2025 Reeson Education is recruiting a committed Learning Support Assistant to join inclusive and supportive primary schools across Waltham Forest this September. If you're looking to make a real difference to children with additional needs, this Learning Support Assistant role could be perfect for you.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with SEN including autism (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You'll provide both 1:1 and small group interventions, helping children to access learning and thrive socially and emotionally.

Learning Support Assistant - Key Details: September 2025 start, full-time, term-time only

Daily pay: GBP82.14 - GBP100 depending on experience

Roles available across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and families to provide tailored support

What We're Looking For: Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a SEN role

A caring and patient approach with strong communication skills

Someone enthusiastic and proactive about supporting inclusion

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
