Support Pupils to Succeed – Learning Support Assistant Role in Birmingham

Do you believe in the power of education to change lives? A welcoming and inclusive school in Birmingham is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September, providing vital support to pupils with additional needs.

Start Date: September

Location: Birmingham

Daily Pay:

Contract Type: Ongoing, Full/Part – time

The Opportunity:

This is a rewarding Learning Support Assistant role supporting pupils who may need extra guidance to fully engage with their learning. You'll be working closely with teachers and SEN staff to help ensure every child feels supported, understood, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Delivering one–to–one support to pupils with SEND

Tailoring tasks and learning approaches to individual needs

Helping maintain an inclusive, structured, and engaging classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for working with children who require additional support.

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils with special educational needs is highly desirable

A patient and empathetic approach to behaviour and emotional needs

Available to work within and around the Birmingham area
