Learning Support Assistant Required for School based in Hassocks

Engage Education is working with a school in Hassockse to recruit a strong Learning Support Assistant.

Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage.

This role will be working 1:1 with a range of children with differing needs including Autism and ADHD.

If you are a future/aspiring teacher, or an experienced SEN teaching assistant this opportunity could be ideal for you. In addition, if you are passionate about working with children or have experience as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in education, please do apply

You will:

Have experience working with students aged 5-11 or 11-16Be confident managing behaviourBe able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with studentsHave a fun but firm presenceHave an interest in educationApplications are encouraged from
