Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships

Assisting with academic, social and emotional development

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to deliver tailored support

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Psychology, Criminology, Counselling, Sociology or similar (2:2 or above)

OR experience working with children/young people in education, care, or support settings

A patient, resilient and proactive approach

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (term-time only)

What’s On Offer:

£101.92 – £110 per day

Free CPD & training opportunities (including SEN & behaviour management)

Long-term roles with the possibility of permanent contracts

A chance to gain valuable experience for PGCE or future career pathways
