We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and committed team at a thriving secondary school in the heart of Lambeth.

The Learning Support Assistant role involves working closely with teaching staff to support students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of school life. You will help create a positive, nurturing learning environment and provide tailored support to enable every young person to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities – Learning Support Assistant

* Support students in lessons, either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities.

* Promote the inclusion and engagement of all pupils.

* Provide feedback to teachers and contribute to progress monitoring.

* Help maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

We are looking for someone who – Learning Support Assistant

* Has a genuine passion for working with young people.

* Is patient, adaptable, and empathetic.

* Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* Ideally has prior experience supporting students with SEND, although training will be provided.
